As a Sr. Contracts Representative at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in protecting Honeywell against unjustifiable risks resulting from business transactions and providing support and mentorship to Sales and Procurement professionals. You are part of a team of business impact partners negotiating agreements with Honeywell customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing contracting strategies to ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes, and that Honeywell business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies and local and international laws. You also support and drive company initiatives to address changing legal and regulatory landscapes, further growth, and streamline processes. Your strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms will be instrumental in driving successful business outcomes and mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities
Advises internal customer
Interprets contract terms and conditions
Negotiates contracts
Drafts agreements
Assists in resolving disputes
Settles claims
Identifies, and works to mitigate, risk in agreements
Escalates non-standard terms for approval per policy
Focus on speed of contracting
Reduce inefficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk, ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues


YOU MUST HAVE


Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
3
years of experience in law firm or corporate commercial contracting
