You will serve as the primary point of contact for both drivers and customers, ensuring that deliveries are executed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch and Coordination:
Efficiently schedule and dispatch drivers to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
Monitor the progress of deliveries and provide timely updates to drivers and customers.
Handle any unexpected changes or disruption to the delivery process and make necessary adjustments to ensure minimal impact on service quality.
Collaborate with drivers to optimize routes, minimize costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Customer Service:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and quote requests, concerns, and providing accurate information about shipment status, and company policies.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly and professionally resolving customer issues, complaints, or escalations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific requirements, and proactively seeking opportunities to exceed their expectations.
