Job Description:
The Inventory Management Support Clerk will be responsible for accurately keeping inventory control in ERP system and physical locations.
This could include receiving material into stock and putting away into new location, transacting material for kits or electronic requests, physically moving material and transacting location moves, physical inventory counts throughout the year, and delivering parts to labs whether in kits or electronic requests.
Essential Functions:
Accurately move and transact material in a timely manner Manage inventory locations Manage inventory documentation Perform transfers, reservations, e-fills, kitting, etc.
Enter data accurately into CostPoint (ERP system) Data entry into Excel to provide traceability and metrics Communicate product or documentation discrepancies Assist multiple supporting functions with various material related duties Perform tasks designated by management 5S responsibilities for designated area
Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in teams Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to multitask and change priorities as directed Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Edge Experience with Costpoint/TipQA is a bonus Experience with data management / processing preferred Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Data Entry Data Management Enterprise Resource Planning Metrics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
