The basic starting responsibilities include:
Assisting parents and students by phone, text, email, and in person Communicating by email and text with students, parents, and teachers (using a business messaging software, not your personal cell phone!) Scheduling private lessons Processing tuition payments Processing new student enrollments/basic data entry Assisting with and prioritizing miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned Creating fliers Office cleaning What we are looking for:
Dependable and Punctual Individuals Highly organized individuals with an attention to detail Problem solving skills A love for working with people Strong basic computer and typing skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Google Calendar TRAINING PROVIDED:
We have a comprehensive one-two week training program for new members of our admin team.
Additional training and support is available if needed.
Training will be conducted onsite at 6682 Tri Way Dr, Mason, OH 45040.

Compensation is $17 per hour, including paid training.
The opportunity for additional raises and/or promotions is available upon demonstrated professional growth and time with the company.
Discounted music lessons are available to employees.
For eligible part-time and full-time employees, we offer the option to participate in our company's SIMPLE IRA retirement savings plan.
