Performance Responsibilities
1. Meet the individual needs of the children.
2. Assist children with school work.
3. Design an appropriate arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children
4. Maintain a daily schedule that provides a variety of learning experiences, a balance of quiet/active opportunities and multiple opportunities to interact with peers and adults.
5. Maintain effective parent communication.
6. Assist children with lunch and snacks as needed. Clean-up following lunches and snack time.
7. Notify the assistant coordinator when supplies are running low, or if something is missing
8. Present expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level
9. Plan experiences that foster the development of social skills and positive self-esteem
10. Participate as a team member, in a variety of situations, with other professionals including but not limited to staff and training meetings.
11. Follow all established guidelines related to safety and cleanliness
12. Commit to exploring opportunities for professional growth and development
13. Other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
