We are looking for an Engineering Manager to manage a team of 4-6 and oversee implementation and maintenance of all aspects of engineering functions, staffing and training with safety as an overarching priority. This role must be able to use a variety of tools, such as Lean/Sigma, Value stream Mapping, Cellularization techniques, DMAIC and Kaizen. Financial acumen to forecast operating costs, project savings, and direct budget preparation is also needed. You must be able to work effectively with multiple departments in the company, and be a self-directed, innovative leader who can handle multiple priorities. Qualified candidates should have a BS degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business, or related field, Masters in Business preferred, PLUS a minimum of 5 years Engineering Management experience including process improvement leadership AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in a metals casting and fabrication manufacturing environment non-ferrous metallurgical experience preferred. We are seeking individuals with experience implementing cellular manufacturing and Lean tool use, selection and application in a manufacturing environment. Must be a self-directed, innovative leader with the ability to communicate with plant personnel at all levels. Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
