We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to makes outbound calls generating sales to increase revenue and provide world class customer service to new and existing customers. In this role you will cross-sell and up-sell by understanding your customers and their requirements. By continually expanding your product knowledge and understanding technical aspects of products you will be able to answer customers technical questions and recommend application solutions to fit their needs. This position will also collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager and the Outside Sales Managers to develop strategies for targeted sales opportunities.
Qualified candidates should have a high school degree (Associates preferred) with some related sales experience or training and the ability to learn the technical aspects of products or applications. Prior experience with metal joining, soldering, brazing or welding is a plus. We are seeking individuals with strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. Strong computer proficiency in MS Office is needed and prior work with Lotus Notes or Outlook, a CRM or SAP is preferred. Must be willing and able to travel 5-10% of the time and be a self-directed, efficient, team-player with the ability to speak effectively to customers.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
