Experience:
Boring Mill
Mazak (Large Horizontal Lathe)
Mazak Integrex (Horizontal Mill Turn)
Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL)
5 Axis Machining Centers
We offer challenging work on a variety of jobs daily. Our facility in Mason, OH is newly renovated, climate controlled and state of the art.
Our Machinists are self-starters and work independently to get the job done. You must be able to follow routers, setup sheets and blue prints, and understand geometric tolerances. You'll set up the machine, run and inspect the part. This is more than just an operator role! The ability to edit programming at the machine is preferred, but we're willing to train. We produce high quality complex precision parts, while maintaining accurate documentation, all in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Education - HS Diploma / GED or equivalent; one year relevant technical school or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 3 years' machining experience using G&M code or Mazatrol CNC programming operations
VTL machinists must have experience using Fanuc controls; Boring Mill machinists must have experience with Fanuc and/or Tosnuc controls; Mazak machinists must have Mazatrol experience
Advanced knowledge of blueprint reading and geometric dimensions and tolerances.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide and apply concepts of basic algebra, geometry and trigonometry
Ability to read, analyze and interpret safety, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, and common technical information and reports, including the ability to read and understand blue prints
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations, utilizing critical thinking skills
